London based artist, Anthony Walker, has been honing his skills in realism for the past several years. Originally a self taught pencil artist Anthony had an interest in art from a very young age, which replaced the norm of action figure's with drawing anything he could find in his family home to as true a likeness as possible.
Anthony has progressed in his field with paint and throughout his work a series of wild animals, capturing them in their natural environment.
His first solo exhibition was in October 2020 and with a constant flow of interest, it was a great success with every piece selling.
Anthony's preferred mediums to use are acrylic paints which he uses with a mixture of paint brushes and air brush. He applies this to either stretched cotton canvas or sometimes MDF board, and has even incorporated gold leaf to some of his works.
